In 2008, more than 80,000 people contacted Cruse, including an increasing number of children. We have some 5,500 volunteers working in more than 130 branches around the UK - all trained through special courses developed and run by Cruse to give them the knowledge and experience to help bereaved people.
Cruse relies overwhelmingly on the generosity and goodwill of the public, which is why we thank all of you who supported our Grief Relief Appeal throughout 2009, - our Golden Jubilee Year - by making a donation and joining us in our events and celebrations.
